I have study on right here and other review websites about “issues with balance thanks to the mild bodyweight development of the tripod”,there is also a overview right here about a reviewer declaring “beware this is prime heavy”.Initial factors first,why are we looking at getting & paying the added money for a Carbon Fiber Tripod in the very first location?for most photographers its to buy a Tripod that is functional and as light and moveable as possible!This tripod with the 054 Ball Head W/Fast release plate was bought as a Deal conserving package,they dont look to be listing it now.I was also searching at the Carbon Fibre Gitzos as properly -but these ended up £500 Just for the legs!I had no selection but to go to a store,and look at the items in person ahead of acquiring from Amazon! Largely I was looking at this and the manfrotto 055,The Manfrotto 055 is Massive and I would say much more of a studio tripod,or probably for a person whos using a Gimbal Head and 500mm lens – its certainly not the travellers friend! The Gitzo was great,and Im not one to item to throwing a couple of quid at one thing wonderful quality but £500 for legs only?We ended up talking virtually £800 quid with the Ball Head.I then observed the 190CXPRO4 Manfrotto,(four part legs).I quickly realized this was “The Excellent” Travelling,easy pick up & Go tripod.The Immediate characteristics that drew me to this tripod were,1.The Great construct top quality,not one criticism from me.two.The function of the Pro exactly where the centre column will lock into horizontal placement is”Great”(Macro,Bouquets,Insects,Abnormal views and many others)three.I love the “Simply click Lock” leg clamps,as a user of my older constructed like a tank Velbon(5kgs+!)which has spin lock legs,the simply click lock legs are substantial faster,and its damn evident if you have not received one “Locked Down”,not so with the spin locks.four.The 054 Ball head is fantastic,the rapid release plates function a security lock so you are not able to inadvertently unlock your camera and lens to fall out.5.The compact mother nature means this will fit in my retrospective camera bag!Ball Head Unscrewed. As for the stability I have had no concerns at all,the legs can splay open quite extensive but naturally you do then free a minor peak,the greatest alternative if windy,is to use the HOOK Manfrotto thoughtfully give you,to hang you camera bag from! But this would be in excessive situation,only a raving lunatic would depart their digicam and lens un attended although they go inside of for lunch or a cup of tea! Now for my grievances:-one.This is a wonderful blend,and a mix that I love,(Allows no forget My Older Velbon was also a quite expensive high top quality,but Weighty Item!),the Velbon stays exactly where it often has-the corner of the place! The ‘Frotto goes everywhere! But My grievance is why dont Manfrotto Give us a bag with this mix!

Excellent for vacation and folks who never like carrying a tripod
