Amazing!

This minor tripod is wonderful. Presented its size and bodyweight, it is quite sturdy and can simply assistance a DSLR when its legs are extended. The legs are prolonged and locked with a simple twist, which makes it genuinely fast and easy to set up on an uneven area. The head is a ball mount, which provides simple motion in all directions. But, if you don’t like it, then you can remove the head and exchange with another of your selection. The only damaging point I can consider of is that you can not mount a DSLR with out the danger of it slipping over if the legs are not extended or unfold vast. Even so, this is what you’d expect. If you are utilizing a compact, then this is not an problem. The tripod comes with a helpful have bag.

Just perfect

I have commenced to do some pictures that need a constant maintain, and becoming primarily desk best based mostly, the use of a normal sized tripod was a ache the derrire. I acquired one particular of people gorilla tripods, the SLR one particular. Two phrase overview for you…..Will not Trouble. What a squander. With my D7000 and just a 50mm primary it would continuously shift and droop unless it was lifeless level – not what I needed at all, great for practically nothing.Following a little bit of research I went for this, and I am so glad I did. It was in excess of double what I paid out for the Gorilla, but I would happily pay much more as it really is a wonderful bit of package.Building: chunky, durable – feels top quality. Even though the twist-to-lock/unlock legs do issue me a minor with regards to longevity, the primary factor that truly stands out is the head (the Velbon QHD-51Q) a quite great and effectively manufactured component. The ball&socket layout needs just a single lock to put it into any situation and it is all steel, so a decreased dread of harmful from in excess of twisting that will come with less costly versions. The launch is rapid, and includes a very good clicky clip that retains the bracket open up right up until you subsequent drop the digicam in – I like that a whole lot. The shoe alone is extremely modest, so considerably so I keep it on my digital camera all the time now so it truly is constantly there. Never even notice it.Legs: these increase quite nicely from about 10cm to just more than 18cm. A quick launch button on the leading of each enables the legs to splay out additional, great for stability. Pushing the legs again into the upright situation releases this button and secures them again. There is also an intermediate placement as well. A simple twist lock permits the central shaft to be elevated (necessary when splayed. The least top with the legs splayed and shaft lowered it about 20cm, the highest about 35cm (fairly secure way too like this if the legs are orientated in accordance to the tilt of the digicam). The ft are produced of thick rubber and grip properly.Carrying: it is hefty for its dimensions, but this is element and parcel of the excellent construction. It matches into a small bag of its possess and with a cylindrical footprint of about 25cm x 8cm x 8cm.Getting it set up will take seconds – perfect. An excellent piece of kit when balance is required for these innovative or desk-top shots..

Wonderful product

Soon after in depth study on-line for a desk best sized tripod I settled on the Velbon – Extremely Max I Mini. It’s incredibly effectively manufactured and tough, a small chunkier than most table prime tripods but the benefits are that it is rock regular and expands adequate to provide highest flexibility, ideally suited to DSLR’s, I’ve been using mine with my position and shoot.Very advised.
